What to include
- which page you were on, for example the Korean home page or the Lunch menu page
- what you did and what happened
- the device and browser you use
- if a list caused the problem, a short example that shows it, without other people’s names
If you include a share link, the operator will see the list inside it, just as anyone else who opens it would.
Replies
Replies come from a separate Gmail account used only for this site, so the sender address is different from contact@spinthename.net. When you look for a reply, check your spam folder as well.
How your message is handled
Cloudflare Email Routing passes mail sent to this address on to the operator’s Gmail account for the site. Your message, with your email address, is deleted once 6 months have passed since the reply. If your message gets no reply, it is deleted once 6 months have passed since it was received. The Privacy Policy explains how Cloudflare and Google handle email.
